José G. Mangino Mercadillo

José Gabriel serves as an Associate in MIA's Corporate practice, where he focuses on capital markets transactions, including securities offerings on the Mexican Stock Exchange, corporate governance, and the management of corporate structures and assets for family offices. He also advises on infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining MIA, José practiced at leading national and international law firms in Mexico. His experience includes corporate law, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on highly regulated industries, including the automotive, food and beverage, and construction sectors.
