Xavier Mangino Dueñas

Mr. Mangino is a founding partner of MIA and leads the firm’s Corporate practice. His work focuses on corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, corporate governance, and family office matters.

With more than 30 years of experience, he has advised a broad range of financial institutions, including domestic and international banks, investment advisers, brokerage firms, and multiple-purpose financial institutions. He also regularly advises entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and publicly listed companies on complex corporate and financial matters.

For more than 15 years, Mr. Mangino has served on the boards of directors of various Mexican and international public and private companies, providing him with significant experience in corporate governance, strategic decision-making, and board-level matters.

Before founding MIA, Mr. Mangino was an equity partner at U.S. law firms with offices in Mexico and a founding partner of Díaz de Rivera y Mangino, S.C.
